Since 2016, Stephanie has dedicated herself to early intervention with children aged 2 months
to 10 years old, focusing on autism and other developmental disabilities. Her work spans across
Vancouver and Singapore, providing in-home intervention, parent and therapist training, school
consultations, and workshops conducted in both English and Mandarin. Stephanie's passion lies
in cultivating strong relationships with children and their communities. She enjoys collaborating
closely with families to develop individualized behavior plans and Positive Behavior Support
(PBS) plans, targeting readiness to learn, toileting, feeding, and behavior management skills.
Committed to her field, Stephanie strives to contribute to creating a more inclusive society
where children with developmental disabilities can thrive.
