Since 2016, Stephanie has dedicated herself to early intervention with children aged 2 months to 10 years old, focusing on autism and other developmental disabilities. Her work spans across Vancouver and Singapore, providing in-home intervention, parent and therapist training, school consultations, and workshops conducted in both English and Mandarin. Stephanie's passion lies in cultivating strong relationships with children and their communities. She enjoys collaborating closely with families to develop individualized behavior plans and Positive Behavior Support (PBS) plans, targeting readiness to learn, toileting, feeding, and behavior management skills. Committed to her field, Stephanie strives to contribute to creating a more inclusive society where children with developmental disabilities can thrive.

Eileen Chew

Upon graduation, Eileen spent 3 years at the Institute of Professional Practice (IPP) in Connecticut. This was a professional level foster care placement agency. She worked closely with children and youth, between the ages of 2 months and 16 years old, who were medically fragile or had significant behavioural challenges. Her work included intensive in-home support, parent training, school consultations and treatment planning. In September of 2007, Eileen moved to the Seattle area and joined Northwest Behavioural Associates (NBA). This was a non-profit agency providing ABA therapy services to children with ASD. At NBA, Eileen worked directly with children on her caseload, providing 1:1 therapy, developed individualised programs, prepared program materials and treatment plans, consulted with local school districts, participated in team meetings, oversaw home programs and supervised home tutors. She returned to Singapore in February of 2013. She has enjoyed her ABA work as a BCBA with children with ASD tremendously.

Mark Kumar

Mark has spent many years working with parents/families of special needs children. He believes such care givers have a significant burden and he is thus commited to helping them in their journey. Aside from autism, Mark is interested in dyslexia, internet related addictions, and psychometric testing. Research is another area of passion, and he has published two papers in peer-reviewed journals.

Qama Elias

Behavioral Therapist
Qama is a dedicated Behavioral Therapist who finds joy in working with children. With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, he has developed valuable skills through interactions with people from all walks of life, enabling him to create a supportive and nurturing environment for his young clients and their families. Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS), Qama is certified by The Mental Toughness Research Institute (USA) and the International Sports Professionals Association (ISPA) as a Mental Toughness Coach and Facilitator. He is also trained in the Samaritans of Singapore's Be A Samaritan program and is adept in crisis intervention. Qama firmly believes that "education and advocacy go a long way," which drives his commitment to empowering children and fostering growth through meaningful connections. Aspiring to become a clinical psychologist, he is passionate about positively impacting the lives of those he serves. When he’s not at work, Qama enjoys exploring nature and delving into the wonders of the universe, particularly the sky, moon, and stars. A self-proclaimed psychology nerd, he prioritizes staying active and embraces every opportunity for personal and professional growth.

Andre Jek

Andre has graduated from University of Bath, a university that is renowned for its contribution to autism. While completing his degree, Andre spent a year working in a special education school as a teaching assistant. His work included providing support within group settings in the classroom as well as specific 1:1 learning support for some of the students in the class. Since then, he has continued to pursue other opportunities within the field. He has been working as a behavioral therapist since graduation. He enjoys working alongside the children and is dedicated to building rapport with them as a strong foundation for learning. He is passionate about creating a supportive learning environment to encourage each child to unlock their potential. He also has a strong interest in the way people manage stress and burnout as well as the management and treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Crystal Chen

In this role, she found great fulfillment in helping children and adolescents develop essential social skills and manage behavioral challenges. Crystal worked closely with each child, taking a compassionate and empathetic approach to address their individual needs. She specialized in fostering social growth and building confidence, ensuring that every child had the tools to succeed both personally and socially. Through her work, she honed her skills in therapeutic interventions and assessments, focusing on creating a supportive environment that allowed young individuals to thrive. Crystal is passionate about maximizing the potential of children and adolescents, and her research interests focus on understanding how close relationships impact psychological well-being during these pivotal periods of life.

Yow Seng

As part of the ABA psychology practicum program, he was required to practice in an early childhood special education school, which he continued as a part-time therapist for over 3 years. When he was working in New York city, he also volunteered at several early intervention centres. Having an almost 20-year Banking & Finance career, and currently also the Lead Independent Director of a Singapore listed medical technology company, Yow Seng returned to one of his primary motivations in teaching and helping special needs children. As a father and fuelled by his passion, he understands the needs of the children. He continues to contribute his time to provide support to every child he can care for.
