Lee Yen Chiew

She started her career as a behavior therapist upon completion of her degree and has been working with children and adolescents with autism and other developmental delays for more than 5 years. Her previous working experiences include providing individualized centre/home therapy, participating in team meetings, school shadowing and conducting parent trainings. As a therapist in Lazarus, Yen Chiew conducts individualized ABA programs for children on the autism spectrum. Yen Chiew feels that working with children with special needs to be challenging yet fulfilling and she has thoroughly enjoyed being a facilitator in their learning journey.
