Lazarus Rules for Centre Based Therapy
Purpose
These rules are meant for parents and their children who attend intervention, consultation or undertake testing at Lazarus Centre Pte Ltd.
Arrival & Departure
1 Children will be screened for temperature at the door. Children who record a fever (37.5 degrees and above) will be sent home, with no make-up provided.
2 Lazarus also reserves the right to refuse entry for children whom our staff deem to be unwell (conspicuous cases of whopping cough, excessive nose dripping etc). We seek your understanding on this matter as we have the welfare of other children to consider.
3 Parents/Custodians are required to come 5 minutes before the session ends to wait for their child.
Make-up sessions
1 To be eligible for a make-up session, parents must (a) inform us by 830am, on the day of therapy if their child will not be attending the session, and (b) produce a valid medical certificate (MC).Do note that if a mutually agreeable date is not possible, no further make-up or credit will be provided.
2 Centre Closure Days. There will be no make-up sessions for Centre Closure Days which will be defined as Singapore Public Holidays, Chinese New Year eve and Christmas eve.
3 Holiday Policy. In June and December, clients on Monthly Fee are allowed to temporarily switch to “Hourly Fee” at the prevailing hourly rate. This is to allow families time for vacation and not have to pay for sessions they cannot attend because of a vacation.
